The Opportunity Embedded within the 1:1 and Lifecycle Marketing team, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager (12 months fixed-term contract) will be planning and optimising omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain One Pass members across email, SMS, app & web.
You will be responsible for planning personalised campaign journeys and measuring and refining their performance across the member lifecycle.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage customers throughout their journey with One Pass, from acquisition to retention and win back.
Leveraging your expertise in the Braze platform, you will create personalized and targeted communications that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
What you'll be doing Lifecycle Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies encompassing customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and target key audience segments with personalized messaging and offers.
Campaign Co-ordination and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns leveraging features such as push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and relevant content for lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
Automation and Optimization: Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers within Braze to deliver timely and relevant communications to customers based on their behaviour and lifecycle stage.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and customer metrics within Braze, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to optimize lifecycle marketing efforts.
Commercial analysis and optimisation: Develop, execute and measure with clear commercial outcomes.
Braze Platform Management: Assist with the administration and best practice of the Braze platform, managing user access, configurations, and integrations with other systems as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure alignment of lifecycle marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
What you'll bring to the table Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing.
Expertise in using the Braze platform or similar for lifecycle marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and experience developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented and commercial mindset with a track record of driving measurable improvements in customer engagement and retention metrics.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
