Role Overview: Promoter Operations Managers oversee the operations of Comedy and Music tours across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless coordination between promoters and internal teams.
This role manages tour planning, budgets, venue contracts, and stakeholder communication, supporting Promoters across all phases of tour setup and execution to deliver successful events.
Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners to align responsibilities, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Management: Manage tours in collaboration with promoters, leading kickoff meetings and maintaining tour details in internal systems.
Venue and Contract Management: Support promoters with venue routing, agreements, and deposits to ensure seamless tour execution.
Budgeting and Financial Coordination: Develop and manage tour budgets, settlements, and pricing models in collaboration with promoters and ticketing teams.
Marketing and Partnerships: Assist in creating marketing plans and securing approvals for partnerships, assets, and VIP arrangements.
Production and Logistics Support: Coordinate production details, resource needs, and support act bookings to meet promoter requirements.
Who We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in the music and touring industry, with a strong understanding of its key components, including Artist, Promoter, and Venue operations.
Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities, with proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Suite.
Attributes: Organised, reliable, and resilient under pressure, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
