Job Description About this opportunity We're looking for a mechanically minded and safety focused individual to work as part of our manufacturing team to ensure the efficient and safe running of the manufacturing process.
You will assist the Operations team so that products are delivered in full, to the correct quality specification, and on time in line with the requirements of the manufacturing plan.
You will work as part of the operational team providing technical services and expertise and undertake process optimization.
Qualifications and Attributes Required: Relevant Trade Qualification as a Fitter and Turner or similar Demonstrated Maintenance Fitter experience ideally from an FMCG Manufacturing / Production or similar environment Experience in a plastic manufacturing environment would be beneficial but not essential Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics High level of demonstrated mechanical experience A strong commitment to Workplace Health, Safety & Environment Experience in predictive maintenance solutions and continuous improvement Good planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks A positive, flexible and constructive approach to dealing with operational issues in a high-pressure environment Forklift Licence, EWP and Fabrication experience would be highly regarded In Return We Offer: Excellent Team Environment Supportive Leadership Career development and advancement opportunities within wider Pact Group If you are looking to take that next step in your career, and really want to make a mark in your next role... then look no further.
