About the Position Are you a passionate Maintenance Fitter ready for an exciting new challenge? Join our innovative and results-driven Maintenance team at Keysborough !! In this role, you'll leverage your proven experience in a manufacturing environment to service, maintain, and upgrade our machines, plant, tools, and equipment.
Handling both reactive and preventative maintenance, you'll ensure the continued effective operation of our plant, implementing countermeasures to prevent reoccurrences and excelling in fault finding.
You'll also play a vital role in maintaining safety and efficiency, reporting any safety issues to your manager, and completing hazard spotter forms.
Adhering to company procedures and policies, you'll work autonomously to repair and maintain machinery, troubleshoot, and set up equipment for optimal production efficiency, and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
