The Opportunity We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Maintenance Manager for our Nutritionals & Services plants.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations, ensuring that we meet our output and cost production goals.
In this role, you will: Lead and manage all maintenance activities for the plant, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Oversee the reliability team, quickly resolving breakdowns and implementing root cause solutions.
Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance output and reduce production costs.
Provide safety leadership, mentoring your team to uphold high standards of compliance.
Manage maintenance purchasing, with a focus on cost-effective procurement of spares.
Support project management, technical training, and the Op X program.
Be the go-to support for the UHT reliability program in the absence of the UHT RM.
What You'll Bring Engineering or Trade Qualification with at least 5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.
Experience in Nutritional Plants & Services (3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of CMMS, inventory management, and reliability best practices.
Proven track record in continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with GMP, especially in Dairy or Food Manufacturing, is a plus.
