Management Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will be responsible for: Develop standard cost model; Manage, analyse and report month-end accounting close and reconciliations to required deadlines for the business; Daily and weekly reporting on labour variances - understand losses, trends and drivers; Analyse trade spend; Inventory financial management; Manage and maintain manufacturing reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting, to agreed timeframes; BOM set up, monitoring of results and amendments; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and Site teams.
Experience: CA/CPA qualification; Experience as a Commercial Accountant with strong commercial acumen, analytical and business partnering skills; Commentary and understanding of the numbers; Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation and influence stakeholders.
