Manager Application Lifecycle

As part of the Application Services leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of over 100 applications that support every area of the Bureau from forecasting to collaboration.
You will bring a data-driven approach to application asset management, planning maintenance, upgrades, succession, and decommissioning to ensure a cost-effective, supportable, and fit-for-purpose application portfolio.
You will regularly meet with business colleagues to ensure the application portfolio is meeting business needs and will support future business strategy and initiatives.
Assessing the financial cost of applications, you will have direct input into the Application Services annual budget to ensure application costs are accounted for.
You will also set the scope and deliverables of the annual lifecycle program, a multimillion-dollar remediation program, and govern the delivery to ensure benefits are met.
You will have a strategic influencer mindset, be supremely analytical, and an exceptional communicator and will be working closely with your peer leadership team members to ensure a seamless coordinated delivery addressing lifecycle, maintenance upgrades, and service stability initiatives.
