Manager - Disability Services Full-time 38 hours per week, On-going position Warrnambool Campus $133,800 Total Remuneration Package inclusive of superannuation The Manager - Disability Services provides leadership and direction to the Disability Services team to ensure the needs of our participants, students and employees are met and that all relative legislative and compliance requirements are adhered to and maintained.
The Manager - Disability Services manages the operations, performance and ongoing development of the Institute's disability services, and supports both students enrolled in South West TAFE programs, and participants engaged by South West Disability Services (SWDS – NDIS provider).
The Manager - Disability Services has a demonstrated ability to engage with people with disabilities, manage employees and deliver a financially sustainable and successful disability service.
The must haves Mandatory requirements Relevant Degree and post graduate qualification and experience Extensive work experience in the Disability sector, with previous management experience Employee Victorian Working with Children and satisfactory Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Highly desirable requirements A Lived experience or awareness of the impact of disability upon individuals, families, carers and the community Experience in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector Substantial experience using Microsoft Office products and relevant industry software and programs About us South West TAFE is an education hub with a difference offering practical and inspiring teaching that prepares students for in-demand jobs now and into the future.
