MHPH is a 56-bed private hospital providing a range of surgical options.
MHPH recently completed a $22 million dollar redevelopment of operating theatres and development of the Mildura Health Icon Cancer Centre.
MHPH also provides GP services and a specialist clinic for Visiting Medical Officers within Mildura Health Private Consulting.

The opportunity An opportunity has become available for an experienced and high performing Manager IT Systems.
Reporting jointly to the MHPH Chief Financial Officer and Mildura Health Fund (MHF) Executive Manager, Technology you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the various software applications at Mildura Health Private Hospital (MHPH) and work collaboratively with the MHF IT support team to ensure IT support services are provided effectively to MHPH Within this role you'll be responsible for: Effective management of MHPH applications to ensure alignment to organisational requirements and compliant Relationship management with software developers to ensure high service levels to MHPH Working collaboratively with the MHF IT team Business liaison, prioritisation and planning for organisational IT requirements including advising and implementation of new functions and modules available to enhance and support the organisation.
Manage staff support calls and ensure timely resolution of issues with assistance from MH IT team.
Ensuring staff have appropriate training on relevant applications Maintaining documentation for software suppliers for all systems and modules IT budgeting, activity and financial reporting Review MHPH applications for effectiveness and efficiency The ideal applicant will have high attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
Additionally, to be successful in this role you will have; At least 3 years' experience with IT applications management, IT project management, IT risk management and IT change control.
Knowledge and prior experience of hospital systems including Web PAS, Genie, Best Practice Premier, Endobase and Trendcare or similar Patient Administration systems including interfaces Experience with vendor management Why work for Mildura Health Private Hospital?
