Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 14 assessors.
Oversee assessment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Implement strategies to enhance team performance.
Provide insight on leading-edge repair methods.
Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience leading a team of assessors in the insurance industry.
Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicle assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
