Job Description This newly created role reports directly to the CCO of Strix Controls and Billi and will lead and manage Billi Australia, in line with the strategic direction of the broader group.
The Managing Director will take responsibility for the overall success of the Billi Australia business in respect of profitability, long-term sustainability, reputation, and corporate compliance.
Additionally, this role will work with the Australian Senior Leadership team in leveraging new product development and expand the geographical distribution in both residential and commercial markets.
The Successful Applicant Degree level or equivalent educated, ideally in a related discipline Demonstrable relevant senior management experience and commercial acumen in a similar industry type Has a good understanding of Billi customer base and marketplace, coupled with the ability to identify new opportunities In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations and/or new product development is highly desirable Highly skilled at implementing and driving value-added change programmes Highly self-aware, dynamic, collaborative, emotionally intelligent and a natural coach that leads by example What's on Offer This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market leader at a time of exciting growth, with the support and backing of a global group.
