We are on the hunt for our next Casual Operations Assistant to join our vibrant and energetic team on a casual basis at our site in Epping, VIC.

About the role We are seeking an individual who is hands-on and has experience in either Manufacturing and/or Warehousing and Logistics to assist us on a Casual Basis.
For the right candidate, an opportunity to convert to permanent work may be provided.
This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week, Monday - Friday during the day.
Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with general warehouse operations including packing, sorting, and labeling products Operating basic warehouse machinery (training provided if required) Receiving and unloading deliveries and ensuring accurate inventory tracking Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards Preparing orders for dispatch , including packaging and palletizing Stock replenishment and inventory control Assisting with quality control by inspecting products for defects or discrepancies Supporting the manufacturing process , including assembling, packing, or moving products between workstations Following safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Contributing to team goals by working efficiently and meeting production deadlines Skills and experience Mechanical and technical skills with hand tools and other machinery is preferred but not essential Attention to detail and a methodical approach - a "true craftsman" that is passionate about producing quality products.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
