Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or branding roles.

Ability to manage and scale teams while balancing immediate operational goals with long-term strategic growth.
Experience in traffic generation, media buying, and brand development across digital platforms.
Experience in higher-level marketing management roles, preferably in the gaming, technology, or online entertainment sectors.
Familiarity with online gaming, sports betting, or casino industries.
Experience in niche online channels like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Bitcointalk, etc.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital assets, and how they influence marketing strategies.
Experience utilizing social media to drive user acquisition and engagement.
