About the role We're seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer to help manage the delivery of a new Salesforce Hyperforce Marketing Cloud platform.
You'll join an innovative team, dedicated to reimagining the way we connect with our audiences and ensuring our communications are seamless, timely, and effective.
As our Marketing Cloud Developer, you'll work with key stakeholders to identify, build, deliver and optimise new customer journeys, automations and content that align with business priorities.
This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity.
Day-to-day, you will: You'll actively participate in the cross-functional Hyperforce Marketing Cloud Project Squad and advise on best practice platform design, delivery and governance.
You'll work with other business areas (as required) to understand and capture requirements and required reporting outputs.
You'll document data flows and work with Customer Insights Team to understand and design data flows into the new platform.
You'll support the Platform Delivery Lead to ensure project requirements are captured and implemented within agreed timeframes.
You'll work with team members to upskill in best practice Marketing Cloud design and implementation.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Excellent communication skills and ability to present to -and influence -stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
4+ years of Salesforce development, including designing and delivering complex Marketing Cloud solutions.
5+ years of business experience working in Marketing Cloud (or similar platform).
In-depth technical knowledge of Marketing Cloud components including email studio, journey builder, mobile connect, push notification, personalisation, intelligence and delivery of omni channel digital marketing.
