About the Company:
We are a rapidly expanding multinational car-sharing company, aiming to transform the mobility space with flexible, affordable, and sustainable transportation solutions. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Global Head of Marketing in executing marketing strategies and initiatives for the Australia market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Coordination:
Support the Global Head of Marketing in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, tailored to the Australian market. Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure seamless execution of regional campaigns.
Local Market Insights:
Provide market-specific insights to optimize campaigns. Understand regional consumer behavior, trends, and preferences to ensure relevance and impact of marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and content management. Track and analyze campaign performance in the local market, identifying opportunities for improvement.
On-ground Event & Branding Coordination:
Help organize and manage local events, on-ground branding activities, and experiential marketing efforts. Coordinate with event vendors, partners, and the central team to ensure successful execution.
SEO & Content Localization:
Ensure that all digital content, including SEO efforts, is localized for the Australia market. Work closely with the central content and SEO teams to ensure market-specific optimizations.
PR & Media Relations:
Assist in building relationships with local media and influencers to drive positive coverage and brand visibility. Help in managing regional PR efforts under the guidance of the Global Head of Marketing.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track marketing performance and provide detailed reports to the Global Head of Marketing. Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and brand awareness in the local market, and suggest actionable insights based on data.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with internal teams such as design, content, and product, as well as external partners, to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and activities in the local market.
Key Requirements:
Marketing Experience in Australia:
Previous experience in executing marketing campaigns in the Australiamarket is essential. Strong understanding of local consumer trends and the marketing landscape is a must.
2-4 Years of Experience:
At least 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within tech or high-growth companies. Experience in startups is a plus.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
Event & Branding Experience:
Experience in coordinating on-ground events, branding activities, and partnerships with external vendors or partners.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external partners, media, and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze marketing performance data, draw insights, and make recommendations for future campaigns. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for tracking and reporting is a plus.
Remote Work Skills:
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with a global team.
Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
