Your New Role As our newest Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global marketing and brand initiatives.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the wider Marketing team, Creative, and e Commerce teams, you will be responsible for executing and supporting campaigns that drive brand and commercial objectives.
You will be involved in all aspects of brand and marketing strategy, from building and executing marketing campaigns and product launches to managing advertising, influencer activities, and brand experiences.
Your efforts will help raise brand awareness and ensure seamless brand experiences and campaign executions, all while contributing to our mission of sustainability.
Your Day to Day Develop, manage, and execute global integrated marketing campaigns Execute influencer and content creator campaigns and paid media partnerships Support and maintain the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan Monitor KPIs, gather insights, and implement post-campaign reporting Act as a brand guardian for internal and external partners Manage and optimise key cyclical processes, such as campaign planning and approvals Conceptualise, brief, and produce content across Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Website Track function-specific budgets and invoicing Collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Operational teams Share global competitor analysis, sustainability news, market insights, and consumer trends What You Need Highly motivated, self-starter with up to 3 years' experience in a marketing team Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or fashion/beauty businesses preferred Campaign management experience and understanding of social media and digital marketing metrics Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Creative thinker who sees opportunities where others see roadblocks The Perks Dog friendly offices Staff discount on frank green products Personal learning & development budget A real opportunity to have an impact on a global brand Celebration birthday day off as paid leave Plenty of autonomy and opportunity to grow Generous parental leave Hybrid work environment Fun and inclusive staff events and celebrations Our Culture: At frank green, we strongly believe in diversity and inclusion, and we make sure that our people feel welcome and our culture incorporates everyone's perspectives and experience.
