About the Role: As the Marketing Specialist , your focus will be on increasing the adoption of a key CRM platform by creating engaging content such as "how-to" guides, product videos, blog posts, and sales documentation.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver materials that showcase the platform's value to both new and existing members.
The role also involves liaising with IT for smooth communication of platform updates, leading training sessions, and monitoring member feedback to create responsive content.
Hybrid working arrangements allow flexibility, with a minimum of 3 days in the office, including mandatory Mondays and Tuesdays.
About You: Hard Skills: Background in Saa S or experience working with CRM platforms.
