About the opportunity The Material planner/Inventory Controller will be responsible for liaising with vendors for materials as well as inputting data into SAP regarding orders and goods.
Duties Preparation of data, collation and completion of Material creation documentation/compliance forms Co-ordination with other team members to collect required technical information to ensure materials have all necessary data for creation within internal systems such as SAP Co-ordination and follow up of vendors for inbound material requirements and deliveries into site and 3 PL warehouse Analysing inventory requirements, to confirm and maintain inventory requirements Review and creation of material planning data in SAP Write/amend SOPs, work instructions and other documents Follow procedures and work instructions Skills and Experience Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry essential Previous Inventory management / Coordinator and or planning experience required Strong experience with SAP Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Car and licence are required for this position Culture Although a large, global company, they are able to provide a family-like culture and pride themselves in improving the lives of others.
