The Flagship Operations Manager will drive efficient and organized operations of the store, ensuring top-tier presentation and stock availability for an unparalleled shopping experience.
They will lead and mentor our operations team to uphold MECCA's exceptional customer experience standards, driving success through innovative strategies and a commitment to excellence.
Day-to-day responsibilities: As a Flagship Operations Manager , you will work on a full-time basis.
This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
Manage end-to-end planning of how to deliver operations best practice across visual merchandising, inventory management, stock availability, testers, consumables, packaging and supplies as part of regular trade, flagship specific activations and major events in store.
Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team to challenge the 'status quo', by guiding the team, developing their skills, and helping them to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and Visual Merchandising Manager to implement flagship visual merchandising standards and create a truly unique and elevated customer experience across all categories.
Develop a clear action plan framework to achieve store KPI targets, aligning operational, customer, team, and financial goals with commercial benchmarks.
Lead by example to foster a safety culture, enforce protocols, conduct inspections, guide the loss prevention team, monitor training, and ensure compliance for risk mitigation and security.
What you'll bring to the role: Extensive retail management experience, particularly in large scale operations, large teams and process implementation.
Extensive stock and inventory management experience.
Strong commercial skills, with the ability to autonomously make decisions in line with strategic objectives.
A pursuit of operational effectiveness with demonstrated back of house experience (highly desired).
A genuine care for people, always seeing through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best experience.
An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
Strong stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
Strong coaching communication style with an ability to lead with empathy in care whilst driving performance.
Organisational skills and a proven track record in operating in an agile and dynamic environment.
Previous cross-functional or support centre project exposure (highly desired).
