You'll lead and inspire your team to bring the MECCA magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers every day.
Day-to-day responsibilities: As a Zone Manager , you will work on a part-time basis.
This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
Engage and motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA's values.
What you'll bring to this role: Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
