Location: Victoria: Williamstown, Ascot Vale, Brunswick | South Australia: Marden Company: MJ Health Group Pty Ltd (operating under Listen To Your Body Franchises Australia) About Us: Founded in 2021, MJ Health Group Pty Ltd operates four state-of-the-art studios under the Listen To Your Body (LTYB) franchise.
These include: LTYB Williamstown (VIC) Each location offers premium health and fitness services, with an integrated allied health department: VIC Studios' Allied Health Department operates under MD EP.
SA Studio's Allied Health Department operates under Movewell Marden.

The Role: Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking an energetic, driven individual with experience in sales and member retention to join our team.
You'll help grow and develop our membership base across our premium studios.
Proven sales experience, ideally in membership sales or fitness.
A vibrant personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
Effective time management and multitasking skills.
High integrity, honesty, self-motivation, and a passion for helping people.
Team player, working closely with staff, personal trainers, and management.
Flexibility to work across different days of the week.
Excellent ability to network and foster relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities: Sales: Drive membership growth through community and corporate outreach.
Retention: Assist in member retention through exceptional customer service and engagement.
Studio Success: Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
Community Presence: Promote the LTYB brand and maintain a strong presence within the local community.
What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $30 to $80 per hour , which includes a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses.
