As a Staff Nurse RMN or RNLD, you will: Provide care for patients with acute mental health needs.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, and Support Workers.
Participate in the assessment and treatment of patients.
Support and mentor nursing students.
Take on leadership roles such as Safeguarding Lead or Equality & Diversity Lead.
Engage in continuing professional development and training.

The ideal candidate for the Staff Nurse RMN or RNLD role will have: Valid NMC registration (RNLD or RMN).
Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
