Closing date: 25th September 2024 Position Description: Mobile Relationship Manager About the role Known internally as Mobile Relationship Manager, you will be driving consumer lending acquisition via new business development and your established referral sources.

This position is working across the Rye District in a mobile capacity.
The role is permanent, full-time, working 76 hours per fortnight.
About you A history of successfully prospecting for new business, self-generating business, i.e., customer acquisition and business development metrics.
Ideally with a strong referral network already in place (we offer paid referrals).
Proven ability to implement strategies that achieve continued growth and KPI's.
Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
Highly developed lending knowledge and credit analysis skills.
Ability to exceed customer expectations through an understanding of their individual financial needs.
An organized approach to managing volumes of work with initiative and attention to detail.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to assess customer needs and tailor practical lending solutions.
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously - this is essential; you'll be responsible for achieving your own success within the role.
