About the Opportunity The vacancy has come about as a result of an internal promotion and reports to the Customer Director – Grocery, for the Yoghurts & Desserts Business Unit. Your role is to support the Yoghurt and Desserts Grocery Sales team with analysis and administration relating to the management of the product portfolio within the Coles and Woolworths accounts. You will be actively involved and responsible for: Optimising product performance through data analysis, promotional submission completion and general administration; Supporting sales forecasting, systems management and trade spend; (APO and TPM) Delivering team financial targets relating to volume, net sales and gross margin contribution; Identifying and actively pursuing ranging, sales, market share and/or profit improvement possibilities through data analysis; Updating the Coles and WWs sales and customer insights trackers with the necessary data; Processing and investigating claims for respective customers; Supporting the preparation of business and category review presentations. About you Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG sales/marketing including account management experience at either a National or State Level; High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel), i RI, Quantium & SAP; Strong Microsoft Excel skills (demonstrable), analytical, communication and attention to detail skills; Intermediate negotiation and presentation skills.
