The Role The role of a National Call Centre Manager is to lead and direct the day-to-day activities of all Alfasi Hire branches.
This includes working closely with the operations supervisors in Victoria, NSW, and QLD.
Your key focus will be to: Oversee the day-to-day functions by communicating regularly with supervisors to address operational issues and ensure QSE compliance.
Manage the processes within the Operations Control Centre.
Analyse operations reports to create improvement plans.
Conduct audits to identify non-compliance in operating processes and procedures.
Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
Implement optimised workflows to improve operations.
Implement training plans to equip staff with the relevant skills.
Manage the department's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure leveraging telematics technology and maximizing their ROI to the business.
Review business dashboard and ensure the business is informed and takes action accordingly.
Identify improvements within the accounts area and suggest recommendations to the CFO/Financial Accountant/General Manager/Managing Director.
Key to your success will be: Minimum 5 years in a control room environment.
Strong leadership and management experience.
High level of administration and computer literacy.
Experience in managing a maintenance service operation and understanding of preventative maintenance processes and procedures.
Minimum 5 years industry experience at management level.
Similar supervisory/managerial capacity within another industry.
