Role Overview: As the National Sales Manager, you will establish and grow a new in-house Sales Division across Australia.
Your position will include Strategic Leadership, Operational Management, and Relationship Building through various channels.
You will manage externals sales agents, builder partnerships and wholesales channel agent relationships.

Set up and manage the operational framework and KPIs to drive sales performance.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
Manage and optimize relationships with external agents, builders, and channel partners.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
Prepare sales reports and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
About You: 5+ years in land community sales, with senior leadership experience in real estate or property development required.
Proven success in building and growing sales divisions in a competitive market.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing external agents, builders, and wholesale partners.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
