About The Role As a New Enquiries Officer , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the Melbourne office, providing an empathetic and connected service experience.
You'll help clients navigate their personal injury matters by actively listening, capturing important details, and guiding them through the firm's process.
Key Responsibilities Include Engaging with potential clients via phone in the first instance.
Facilitating communication between clients and solicitors, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly.
Managing client files and updates using Salesforce.
Supporting clients with their contracts.
Administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and paper files.
What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a small law firm background.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
A positive, can-do attitude, and a strong desire to help people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
