They are currently looking for an experienced leader to own the strategic growth and superior RTW performance / delivery for VIC.

Key areas of the role are: Setting the strategic agenda for the state, developing roadmaps in collaboration with the executive leadership team Capability building and performance management across the team, creating succession plans and identifying development opportunities External partnership management Driving operational performance, growth, and innovation across the state You will be an accomplished Team, Branch or Area Manager currently working in Occupational Rehabilitation who is ready to step up to a state manager level role and are excited about the opportunities that can come with this.
You'll also have: 3-5+ years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience, with at least 2 of these being in leadership Worked as a Rehabilitation Consultant / Counsellor and progressed to management level A passion for people, service delivery and innovation Strong VIC Occ Rehab knowledge Flexibility to also manage files while the state is growing Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
