THE ROLE As the Night Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents as well as ensure the effective management and escalation of incidents.
This is a part-time role, working 2-4 nights from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster.
Your key responsibilities will include: Conduct nightly financial audits Manage night shift operations, including guest services and smooth operations Verify guest accounts, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports Ensure premises security, monitor CCTV, and address emergencies Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You are a passionate and skilled Night Manager, where the importance of a fun and vibrant stay coupled with the safety of our residence is of the utmost importance.
2+ years in customer service/operations.
Ability to work shifts from 11pm - 7am Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, handling multiple tasks accurately and maintaining top-tier customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
The successful applicant will require Working with Children Check (WWC) and Police Check upon appointment.
