Join the team We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Zone Manager to lead 14 Kmart stores across NSW/ACT (frequent travel will be required ).
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the key focus of this role is to lead store teams in making everyday living brighter for our customers by improving the Kmart shopping experience and making our stores the best place to work.
What you'll be doing To be successful in this role you will have a drive to achieve exceptional results, an appetite for innovation and change, and the ability to execute Kmart's strategic pillars across your remit.
A passion for team development is essential (your stores will be 'talent factories') with an equal focus on your performance and the performance of your direct reports.
You will focus on increasing store productivity, remuneration management, reducing the CODB, and driving sales growth.
