Nurse Unit Manager Needed in South West Victoria - Aged Care! Commencement date: 03/02/2025 for 6-8 weeks Full time hours : 80 hours per fortnight Monday – Friday – No weekends Senior Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience , leadership and management 28 beds The Position Clinical knowledge, skills and leadership experience in Residential Aged Care Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Standards and Accreditation requirements Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and strong financial management skills A level of nursing skills which is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence Demonstrated understanding of the needs, issues and sensitivities of people from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated team leadership ability and ability to support staff through internal and external change Ability to demonstrate an evidence-based approach to person centred care Demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development, including use and deployment of communication applications and technology Benefits Attractive Agency Rates!
