Occupational Therapy Assistant / Allied Health Assistant Health, Medical & Pharmaceutical Source: u Workin JOB DESCRIPTION The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Allied Health Assistant to join the team, providing person-centred supports and intervention for clients across the lifespan.
You will have the opportunity to develop, and extend your clinical knowledge in a friendly, well supported Occupational Therapy team, assisting in delivering supports and interventions to across various diagnoses and disability types.
The position will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.
You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated Occupational Therapy assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.

That is why we have a team of Learning and Development Managers on staff who all possess 20+ years clinical Occupational Therapy experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications.
You will be able to connect with these experts in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice.
Graduate Programs If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
