Office Assistant

Kavanagh Racing located at Flemington is seeking an experienced office assistant.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Liaising with clients on the phone and via email Typing and sending out owner communications Updating and maintaining our database Preparing race day information for strappers Processing registrations and transfers Taking care of the office housekeeping To be successful in this position you will need: Professional communication skills with a friendly telephone manner Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Email Accurate and fast typing speed Attention to detail Ability to show initiative and take responsibility A team player but also comfortable working alone Racing industry knowledge is preferred Experience with Ardex is highly regarded This is a casual position, and the successful candidate will need to be flexible with the days and hours they can work.
We envision the role to be approximately 20-25 hours a week.
