Office Services Associate Williams Lea is a leading global provider of skilled support services to financial, legal, and professional services firms.
We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and motivated individual working on our client site in Brisbane CBD.
Your new role will see you working within a close-knit, fun and friendly team, providing efficient and effective customer services.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with no two days being the same.
Seeking a team player who is not afraid to have a hands-on approach; client focused and excellent customer service skills.
Some of the key responsibilities shared as part of the team include, but are not limited to: Manage security and access cards.
Mail sorting, collection, and distribution.
Booking, receiving, and distribution of courier items.
Workplace Operation support including contractor management; logging and monitoring maintenance calls via in-house system and building tenant portal; workplace inspections; invoicing coding and tracking of payments.
Records management, archiving, and filing.
Utility and breakout room restocking, ordering stock and general maintenance of these areas.
General office administration and other ad hoc duties.
Personal Attributes: Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral).
Professional presentation to work in a corporate environment.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, team skills, and reliability.
A desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Key Qualifications & Previous Experience: Experience in a similar workplace or the hospitality industry is highly regarded.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
