As the Operational Excellence Operations Analyst, you will form a key influence in providing a deeper insight to our workforce and therefore, the capacity to respond to our work volumes across multiple functions and business units.
You will be providing the business with recommendations to increase operational efficiency whilst reducing costs across the enterprise.
As the OE Operations Analyst, you will bring your relationship building skills to work broadly across the bank to ensure employees with the right skills are working at the right time to meet our customers' expectations and needs, and therefore ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
You will continuously evaluate and refine the workforce planning processes and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and organisational agility.
You will work alongside finance to ensure short-and long-term capacity plans are provided promptly and align with budget and commercial objectives whilst integrating workforce plans with recruitment plans.
You will bring your passion for data to work with senior leaders to model a range of scenarios for improvement in managing their workforce and costs and highlight the cost to benefit realization analysis on multiple workforce scenarios.
You will also create models that focus on optimising process and resource allocation to enhance productivity and reduction of costs.

As our new Operational Operations Analyst, you will bring the following skills: Previous experience in a workforce planning role in a sizable and complex workforce would be advantageous.
Ability to distil data to senior stakeholders across the business and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Exposure to organizations that have undergone change or a large-scale transformation and the ability to work with stakeholders resistant to that change.
High level of resilience and the ability to back your accuracy of data and data interpretation.
Advanced knowledge or forecasting methodologies (essential) Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (essential) Understanding of operational systems i.e.
Active Ops/Control IQ (preferred) Deep knowledge of data analytics and reporting AI/Machine learning experience We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office p/week.
This role is a full time, permanent role, based at any of our head office locations.
