Overview About Pen Underwriting We are a dynamic customer-centric underwriting agency providing outstanding experiences to our brokers and are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations team.
Our passion for insurance is evident from our response to the first inquiry through all life stages of a policy, including claims handling.
Drawing upon our collective knowledge and experience we anticipate the needs of our brokers and their clients, creating innovative products and risks solutions across a broad range of insurance classes.

The role of Operations Associate is primarily responsible for the following: Assisting underwriters with the preparation and processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements Managing underwriting documentation, including policy documents, endorsements, and other related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness Performing initial risk assessments and data entry for new applications and renewals Assisting with compliance support, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements Handling broker enquiries and provide information regarding underwriting processes and policy status Acting as a liaison between departments for problem resolution and process support Collaborating with offshore support teams to ensure quality service delivery Supporting the development of a data framework and operational effectiveness through data use Assisting with operational administrative support across business units Introduction Gallagher isn't just a company; it's a global community driven by shared values and an unyielding commitment to excellence.
