About The Role As the Operations Manager, you will be central to supporting the emerging leaders and managing the forecasting and delivery of live projects.
Your ability to work across multiple stakeholders, maintain smooth operations, and support the team's project management processes will be critical to your success.
This role requires someone who can problem-solve effectively, communicate clearly, and provide leadership that is grounded, approachable, and service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities Oversee project forecasting and provide support to project architects/designers for live projects Manage resourcing and support for project architects and team leads Assist project teams with project management challenges, including budgeting and milestone tracking Provide invoicing support and maintain oversight of invoicing targets, reporting progress to senior management Implement best practice methods to improve the overall efficiency of studio operations Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of all business functions Essential Criteria Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to build meaningful relationships and offer support to team members Financially savvy, with an awareness of business commerciality 3+ years of experience in middle or senior management roles, ideally in design, professional services, or construction environments Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced skills required: confident with formulas and linking sheets) Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm, professional manner Positive and proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration Desirable Skills Experience with Xero and/or Total Synergy software (or similar project management tools) Why Join Be part of an innovative and creative design studio Opportunity to work on high-profile architectural and interior design projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits How To Apply If you are excited about the opportunity, please submit your CV and cover letter to or contact Lee on 0406 470 020.
