Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee and optimise daily operations, ensure seamless collaboration across departments, and drive overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members across diverse departments to drive collaboration and performance.
Oversee operational budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies that streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve business outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the overall business vision and goals.
Key Requirements: Proven track record in operations management, ideally within the Construction or Agricultural industries.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving high performance.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of business operations, process optimization, and industry best practices.
