This full-time position is based in Tooradin, Victoria, and is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to our valued customers on time.
What you'll be doing Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions, including production planning, inventory management, and delivery scheduling Developing and implementing Key performance indicators Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence Leading and motivating a team of skilled Fabricators, Welders, and Painting professionals to achieve operational objectives Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures What we're looking for Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing industry Must have Fabrication experience and understanding of complex drawings Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices in operational efficiency What we offer At KMS Engineering, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
