Platform and Application Support Engineer About The Role As a Platform and Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving application support incidents and service requests.
Your role involves the administration, maintenance, and optimization of core application platforms, including Oracle Cloud Fusion and Pega, to ensure operational excellence and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities Incident Management: Provide advanced technical support for application incidents and service requests.
Platform Administration: Oversee and maintain core application platforms, conduct technical analysis, and handle testing and deployment.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, monitor system performance, and implement preventive measures.
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues with minimal impact on operations.
Continuous Improvement: Engage in capacity planning, follow audit and governance processes, and stay current with technological advancements.

Required Experience Experience: Minimum of 5 years in enterprise platform administration and application support, with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion and Pega.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with monitoring tools and knowledge of insurance industry processes is desirable.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud or Fusion certification and Pega System Architect Certification (CSA) are highly regarded.
