Responsibilities: Develop and implement capability, talent, and succession planning frameworks Develop and implement best practice learning and development programs using innovative strategies aligned to organizational requirements Consult and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in education, human resources and/or organizational development Excellent computer literacy including medium to advanced Power Point and Excel skills Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card Current and ongoing flu vaccinations Ability to pass a national police clearance Make a positive difference in your community – apply now!
