We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic overnight Public Area Cleaner to join our team.
About this opportunity: RACV Torquay requires enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to assist with public area cleaning of our central facilities.
This position is casual and will involve maintaining the public areas of the resort.
A day in the life... As an Overnight Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and tidy 5-star environment throughout the resort's indoor & outdoor public areas and team member facilities; Public area cleaning includes leisure facilities, front of house restrooms, conference rooms, dining outlets, day spa, and back of house areas; Manual handling tasks such as vacuum cleaning, mopping, moving furniture to clean behind, wiping, and dusting; Ensuring adequate amenities and linen stock is available in all facilities; Work alone and as a team player alongside our housekeeping and front office staff.
We are looking for: Previous experience in commercial cleaning; Ability to perform manual labour tasks; Ability to operate scrubbing machines and buffing machines is desirable; A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work; Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills; Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member; Ability to interact with our members and guests.
