THE ROLE –
Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors, etc.
Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations.
Prepare budgets and financial statements.
Prepare condition reports on buildings and conduct regular site visits.
Lodge and oversee insurance claims through to completion.
Chair annual general meetings, committee meetings & special general meetings.
Prepare for and host Annual General Meetings, including action items arising from the meetings.
Investigate and arrange for the collection of outstanding contributions.
Answer phone calls, attend to email inquiries, deal with face-to-face inquiries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE –
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE!
