We are seeking full-time Registered Nurses for a facility just a short stroll from the beach.
Our facility provides a full spectrum of care, including clinical, social, and overall well-being services.
We offer specialized dementia and palliative care, along with pain management for both short-term respite and longer-term stays.
Key Responsibilities Administer a variety of treatments and procedures, including medication, nutrition management, and pressure care, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and collect data to develop effective care plans.
Oversee wound care and support residents with diabetes and chronic conditions to promote optimal health outcomes.
Professional Practice Adhere to relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, maintaining the highest levels of ethical and professional conduct.
Respect residents' dignity, cultural sensitivity, and rights, while keeping accurate and detailed care documentation.

Job Requirements At least 1 year of clinical experience Commitment to person-centered care and empathetic communication Proficiency in holistic assessments and personalized care plan development Knowledgeable about relevant clinical legislation and regulations Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to build therapeutic relationships within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with Workplace Health & Safety, infection control, and manual handling protocols.
