P/T Technical Document Coordinator

Part Time Technical Document Coordinator 25 Hours Per Week (across 5 days) Permanent & Office Based Swindon £25,000 pro rata Our client is looking to recruit a Part Time Technical Document Coordinator to play a key role in managing construction related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams and clients to facilitate a smooth document management process using both proprietary and third-party software.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of construction project documents including drawings, specifications, and plans.
Implement version control processes using proprietary software to track revisions and ensure access to the most up-to-date documents for relevant team members.
Distribute documents to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Perform regular audits of documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client records.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to oversee the end-to-end document management process.
Access client documents using third-party document management software as needed.
Person Specification: Prior experience in a document control role is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with document management systems is a plus but not essential.
