About the Role We have an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Rostering Coordinator responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, including the interpretation of the SCHADS award, new starters, terminations, superannuation and payroll tax.
You will also provide administrative and processing support in the areas of accounts receivable/payable and have knowledge of the rostering system.

A Great and Fun work environment Targeted professional development opportunities to empower you to reach your goals Competitive hourly rate + Super + penalty rates/Casual Loading Flexibility to work from home What You'll Be Doing Payroll and invoicing function set up and design Pay and charge system set up and design Directly completing fortnightly payroll and invoicing Creation and implementation of key pay and charge policies and procedures Working with the leadership team to ensure we are heading in the one direction and achieving our mission Governing the function to ensure all stakeholders are following processes to ensure accurate and on-time invoicing and NDIS claiming Training and coaching the operational stakeholder Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly pays including multiple pay runs Experience with interpretation of awards and agreements in the Australian work environment.
Experience with Shiftcare and Xero from a Payroll and Rostering perspective (desirable) Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment Strong financial and analytical skills.
High level customer service skills including outstanding interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
