Responsibilities: Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Verify and reconcile timesheets, deductions, and benefits to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits, and other administrative functions.
Communication: Effectively communicate with employees and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee information and compliance.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Payroll Assistant with a focus on payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with payroll software.
