Job Description You will be responsible for: Managing payroll functions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of payroll to all employees Analysing and auditing payroll data for accuracy Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll Coordinating with HR and other departments for payroll inputs Ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries Supporting month-end and year-end closing Participating in payroll projects as required The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Assistant should have: Proficiency in a payroll management system Strong numerical skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures What's on Offer If you are successful you will be entitled to: An attractive salary range of around £26-£29k Competitive benefits package A supportive and inclusive company culture Opportunities for professional growth within the Accounting & Finance department Located in Preston, a vibrant city with excellent amenities #J-18808-Ljbffr
