Payroll Officer - 3 Months (Stand Alone)

The successful candidate will be processing 300 full-time fortnightly and 100 weekly casuals. This is an independent role, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering a timely and accurate service to employees. This is a 3-month temporary contract, covering the long service leave of the current employee. Description Process the end-to-end payroll (weekly casuals/fortnightly full-time). Maintain/edit employee information, answering queries and actioning changes effectively. Assist with admin responsibilities, including employee contracts and compliance when required. Utilise the payroll system efficiently while suggesting improvements. Profile End-to-end payroll experience is essential. Excellent written and interpersonal skills. Exposure to the education industry and their relevant agreements/awards is ideal.
