What You'll Do In this role, you will support the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and full reconciliation.
In addition, you'll assist in reconciliation tasks and ensure any discrepancies during end-of-month processing are promptly identified and resolved.
You'll collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to support onboarding and offboarding, as well as maintaining and updating human resources and payroll records, with timely follow-up on relevant matters and diary reminders.
Providing high-quality customer service, you will handle payroll-related queries and employee entitlements, while also ensuring employee files are up to date in compliance with policies and legislation.
You will manage data entry across systems like Chris21, while also assisting with any additional administrative tasks or project work as required.
What You'll Bring We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in payroll processing, finance, or human resources administration.
Familiarity with a Human Resources Information System, such as Chris21, is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, and strong organisational abilities to manage high volumes of work while meeting strict deadlines.
You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting at all times.
